Full-time Paid Media/Digital Marketer

at Thimba Media in Waterford

Role Overview

 

  • Responsible for strategy, campaign creation, campaign optimization and reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Responsible for mobile app store optimization. This requires keyword and competitor analysis, meta data management and a strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities within the space.
  • Management of re-targeting, display and pop-under campaigns for our comparison products client online brands.
  • Manage external relationships and broker deals
  • Planning and Booking Media
  • Identifying and monitoring key metrics to measure campaign performance
  • Analysis and reporting back on campaign performance
  • Frequently creating landing page briefs and interacting with cross-functional sales and development teams to improve the product.
  • Managing and collaborating with internal team members to creative effective landing pages, mobile apps and improve product offering.
  • Campaign budgeting with a strong ROI focus
  • Conducting regular competitor research
  • Responsible for experimenting with new platforms and channels
  • Travel will be required to Attend product and industry related event
  • Reporting directly to Senior Management

Based in Waterford, Ireland

Key Performance Areas

 

  • Take responsibility for the P&L and Performance of the Media Buying business function
  • Draft forecasting and strategies to present back to senior management to drive the channels development
  • Draft clear business cases to future improvements to the product
  • negotiate rates with external suppliers and collaborate with internal team members to insure projects are delivered to a high standard within reasonable deadlines.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful media campaigns
  • Share knowledge with other channel representatives to benefit the business
  • Ensure all add campaigns lead to a positive ROI aligned with business targets
  • Ensure all campaigns with service providers are run at an optimal level

  • Mobile App Store Environment

 

Skills and experience:

 

  •  Cross Functional product or project management experience
  • 2 Years+ Media planning and buying experience
  • Knowledge of Campaign Evaluation
  • Knowledge of Display Inventory
  • Knowledge of Remarketing/ Retargeting
  • Effective reporting and communication experience
  • Efficient in Excel
  • Product development with local teams
  • 2.1 Degree in Development, Design, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Advertising or similar.
  • Technical and Analytical Mindset
  • Able to write enticing copy
  • Enjoys working on complex datasets
